I got everything. I am looking at this same mod so if I supply the space - I can see the trouble this would be to do it myself or should I have Hillmouth do it

Yo, I got my garage at my appartment now. Don't know how much help I will be able to offer while your working, but I can atleast offer the space. Got a jack and jackstands already. All I ask is you take with you whatever you bring, its not a huge space so I can't store stuff. Plus it would have to be after 6:30, because thats when I get home from work. Or on the weekends, except not this saturday.

COOL i'll keep that in mind.

from what i gather it will take roughly 1-2 hours. and the only things i would bring are 2 bushings and a tool kit, so there wont be any junk left

i will PM you later (possibly for this coming thursday night?)

and let you know. otherwise, thanks for the offers thus far guys. i appreciate it

rolled in brians garage around 7:20 pm.

jacked car up and started working. by the time the jack was pulled from the car it was about 8:45. and that was it.

not too bad. hour and 20 minutes with hand tools. the hardest part was breaking thos ebolts loose. i ~started~ to notice one of the bolts giving even though i was using a 6pt socket. but i got em off... had to use a towel to pad my hand against the ratchet but it all worked out.

yea, the driver side is a bitch, but the ONLY way i could fit it was to have the cut in the bushing face upwards. i didnt think it would make a huge issue as its being sandwiched between the steering rack and a large metal bracket. so in it went. and passenger side was cake. just ahd to peel a bit of the old bushing off the column.

initial responce, it didnt do anything. i took it around the parking lot jering the wheel, it gelt the same. but when i really got on it, side to side, it progressivly became more responsive (the farther i turned the wheel). but at higher speeds, theres a definate noticable difference. theres less lag between your steering input and your car actually doing what you tell it to. its a very good mod for 25 bux shipped. i'd recomend it to anyone (and would be glad to help)

thanks guys, only on nasioc's mid-a could i ask for help and get it same day

steve, thanks for the offer, i still appreciate it.
