Default '02 WRX 350 whp on 91 in Cali (PICS ADDED)

$23k for car with all parts installed or $16k obo with all parts listed at bottom of this post. KBB is $16k good and $17k excellent. Located in SoCal (Ridgecrest, CA 93555 2 hours North of LA).
Email: ronald.j.watson@navy.mil or r-j-w@rocketmail.com

There is only about 4k miles on the car after all this work was done. Car has 49k total miles, only 4k miles on new bottom end and upgraded tranny, only 3-400 on STi cluster.
They dyno stock WRX's @ 135 whp and I was at ~350 whp. Car was dragged about 10-15 times after this work was done. I trapped 115 mph at LACR which is good for 11.8-11.9 on 91 octane with an excellent driver. Car should make about 450 whp and 450 ft*lbs on a c16 tune. I also have a set of v7 JDM STi heads and a v7 JDM STi intake manifold with TGV deletes that could be included with the built up car. The car would be a beast then with the 8k redline and would probably be very close to 500 whp on c16 after the heads and intake manifold were installed.

I'd love to see the price this is going to sell for since you've been haggling me on the price of my WRX. It's going to be way over 22k.

Personally I would love to sell my car for $40k+ so I would get my money back for all the parts and tuning that I have paid for.
Realistically, I know that no one is going to offer me over $30k.

The KBB private party value for mine is $17,950. So plus $20k+ in aftermarket parts, tuning, and labor ~$40k.
But again, realistically I wont see near that if anyone even makes an offer.
Just gauging interest and there hasn't been any so far.

Just gauging interest. If some spectacular deal arises I will take it, but otherwise I'm keeping it.

Take this as constructive criticism. Your best bet would be to part it out. I can't see anyone paying what you're expecting for it. Right now you have a limited market and you need to increase the number of prospective buyers.

I'm not expecting anything for it. Thats why I put gauging interest. I never put up a price. I said I would love to see $40k for it, but I know realistically I may see low $20k's. Even then people would rather buy an STi with 10k miles on it and still under warranty for $25k than buy my car.

You said that the gauge pod is not installed? Would you be willing to sell it? If so, how much shipped to 99205?
