Unhappy How to repair scuff marks on plastic?

I have a few scuff marks (scratches and light gouges) on the dark gray textured plastic of the center console and surrounding area probably caused by careless passengers. What's the best way to repair this?

Thanks in advance.

I had to take my car in to have a couple of scuff marks buffed out and sprayed. I didn't think it would be possible to get them out. I thought they'd have to replace the whole console.

But the guy who did it preps used cars. He buffed out the scratches and mixed up the color to match it perfect. Then he blew the paint on. Can't even tell it.

p.s. this was done at the dealership
