Default Rotora and Stoptech BBKs in stock WRX rims?

Would the rotora BBK (330 x 24 mm discs) or the Stoptech BBk (328 x 22 mm discs) fit into the stock 2004 WRX 17inch rims ? ?

Last night I was in my buddy's car and he has the stock STI Brembo's with Brembo drilled rotors and Feredo 3000 brake pads. The braking power was amazing. Would I get something similar to that with the above BBKs???

You mean the stock WRX STi rims? The Stock WRX rims are 16". If you mean the STI BBS wheels, then yes, they'll fit.

If you are talking the 16" rims then no, they won't fit. Try the TWR BBK for those. They make a 16" kit.

Better tires will do more for braking in a WRX than a BBK. A BBK will give you better feel and can usually resist brake fade longer but the point at which you tire lock-up is dictated by the tire usually.

I got the euro spec WRX and it has 17 inches on it. Here is a pic. of the stock rims of my car :

Guys better tires or whatever you say, I know how my car brakes and I felt how his car brakes. The difference is as huge as between a rabbit and a plane. We are both using the same tires btw. currently I have the stock 4 pot Subaru brakes and they just suck. I would appriciate if anyone knows about these BBK kits would fit into my rims or not...

Thanks indeed..

Our 310mm or 332mm brake kit will fit into those rims. Either our 6 piston or 4 piston setup will work. Does your friend also have the 2 piston rear Brembos, or just the fronts?
Have a look on our site:

btw, I think StopTech uses a 28mm thick rotor.

If you track the car, the rears make a BIG difference. Street driving makes a significant difference.

You can download a template from Stoptech's web site to see if they'll fit your rims. Also if the rims will fit STi Brembos, the Stoptechs would fit fine.

BTW looks like the Stoptech rotors are 28mm or 32mm not 22mm...
