Question:
the Do-Luck SUBFRAME - does it allow keeping the OEM plastic cover that is under the engine?

Is it compatible with Perrin P.S.R.S. and WhiteLine antilift kits?

Is it compatible with Cusco lower V-brace bar (probably not)

These are questions many of us WRX owners may have since these are very common mods. Would be great if you could confirm and answer questions.

Thanks

the ALK require spacers between subframe & chassis to clear the lower-mounted pivot for the suspension

Here is my current setup:

Beeker - thank you for correcting that typo

Roland - 1. yes it has points on it for the oem shield 2. It should work with the whiteline (shown here). Spacers might be needed -

3. sorry won't work with the cusco v2 and it's not needed either imho if your using the do-luck piece. Thanks!.

Same question as above!

Also, will it clear larger Down-Pipes as it looks too close to the OEM one.

Should work fine with most aftermarket dp's as long as they follow the oem style. Thanks!

Probably a dumb question tried to see if you had pics on your website.

Regarding the Rear Cross Bar:

-Does it go on the floor in front of the back seat (inside)?

-Or does it go under the car (outside)?

If you have any pics or a website to check it out that would be great.

Thanks for you time.

Matt

petawabbit - Item #3 is the rear member support bars. Item #1 is a rear diff support. Thanks!

Leo - pm'd you

Matt - I'm glad you asked that question. The rear cross bar mounts inside and goes right behind the front seats. Sorry I don't have a installed pic, but hopefully now knowing where it mounts should give everyone a rough visualization. Thanks!

Here is a picture of my do luck alum brace installed with Whiteline ALK:

I used one single thickness spacer on both sides just forward of the big alk bushing thingbob. I think there was enough space to get away without spacers but it was pretty tight, the do luck bar goes right under the big bushing.. I had used all the spacers but it wasn't necessary plus I was more prone to scraping with the do luck bars going across and underneath the downpipe. Now I have just enough clearance and rarely scrape. Running prodrive springs and koni shocks so the car isn't super low or anything. Also I was able to put the big plastic shield thing back on, no problem. The do luck thing makes a difference for sure, way better than V2 cusco I was using. Car feels more nimble now. Now I just need to get tires with stiffer sidewalls, Nitto Neo-Gens aren't cutting it.
