18s: Width and Offset for perfect fit?
What width and offset on 18 wheels is best for perfect fittment with no rubbing on a 99 Legacy?
I currently have 17X7 +47 that don't fit up into the fender well very good. When I lower the car down I get terrrible rub on my back wheels. I want to move up to 18s and I think that 18X7 +50 would be a perfect size. Unfortunitely the only thing I have been able to find it 18X7.5. What offset will fit the 7.5" wide wheel and not have any rubbing on the fender lip? Brad

MY99 2.5GT - I've used a 18x7.5 with 225/35/18s w/o rubbing and that's being lowered with H&R's with V5's as well as with the TEIN softs and AGX's. The Volks that I used were +48mm offset.
