evep emissions code is 99% of the time a loose gas cap.
The charcoal canister is also a major culprit for this code.

THIS IS WHY I ALWAYS SAY ITS STUPID TO DO ANYTHING BEFORE YOU REPLACE YOUR UP PIPE. Not saying it that big to make fun of you, saying it that big to get the point across to others.

18PSI on the stock up pipe is just a horrible idea at best. And Cobb stage 2 shouldnt be hitting 18PSI. You should have known that and called cobb for a remap. What does the manual say stage 2 should hit? There are a ton of posts in this forum stating how bad of an idea upping the boost on the stock up pipe is. But no one listens. Well here you go.
More than likely you fragged the up pipe cat into your turbo.
Now would be an excellent time to up grade it. If you go with another stock td04, dont buy it from teh dealer, they are $700. You can get them used for about $150 on here.
