Default Where can i get a HIGH ENERGY coil-pack & 10mm wires for my ej22t?

I've always been a fan of strong spark. Id just like to know where i can pick up a nice "strong" coil pack and large spark plug wires i.e. 10mm

I don't think anyone makes a drop-in coil/ignitor pack for Subarus like that, but I bet with a little work you could retrofit a GM one pretty easily.

10MM wires would more then likely have to be hand-made.

2.5RS coilpacks are the normal upgrade that I've seen. You could also use a MSD one but I don't know the details on install.

http://boxer4racing.com/ has 8.5, I have really large ones with my TEC 3, not sure what size they are. DLC had an MSD coil on his old LT which is now owned by biggreen96.

If you want supper high (almost stupid) amounts of spark then look at a TEC, I think my coils are 66k.

If you really like a stronger spark, get the diamond coil packs off of a 2.5 RS and a MSD DIS-2 with some NGK wires

lengething the factory wiring and installing ford(bosch) EE12024 (i think) or Bosch Hec 716 and getting some shortened 10mm leads made up works well, sparks fine up to standard redline, better than factory coil on plug setup. And cost effective as well. This wont provide Hard core spark like MSD et al but if you have an ignition problem it should sort it

Jacob's makes a very strong ignition system for tons of cars.

i do have one comment though about the "10mm" wires. the conductor is the same size you know. the rest of the diameter is insulation. bascially you will be fine with an 8 or 8.8. just buy a set of accel universal wires, and make your own. best part is that you can make 2 sets for 50 bucks out of the universal v8 kits. just make sure you get the right ends for your coil.
