Default dome light problem

So i was installing a new head unit in my 04 Sti today beucase someone jamed 2 cds in my old one and bought me a new one so i was installing it and i think 2 wires hit eachother from the wire harness and i heard a click in the engine and the done lights turned off along with the clock and the key circle light --- anyone know what to do -should i take it to the dealer ? or what fuse it might be i dident find any burnt ones. please help

Did you check both fuse boxes (under dash and under hood)?
Next time disconnect the battery before you start working in there.

Yes pretty sure the dome light and clock are on the same fuse circuit. The fuse is located under the hood in the engine bay box.

Also check the door lock fuse under the dash. I know it is tied in with it somehow. Top row third from the left.

You're installing a radio and don;t know to 1) disconnect radio 2) check all fuses when the lights go out???
