Default need help, weird light problems

yesterday I was pulling out of my garage when I turned my lights on and nothing happened.I turned them off then back on again and they worked. A few moments later down the street I turned my turn signal on and all my lights (headlights and dash) flickered off while making the relay sound. but then they worked again. Is this a possible short to ground somewhere

There may be something wrong with the headlight switch on the column stalk. If there is any time left on your 3/36 warranty have a dealer look at it.

I would never recommend removing mods before going to a dealer since that's a form of fraud. But you can do whatever you want.
However neither of those mods would have anything to do with malfunctioning headlights.

I have the exact same problem on my 2002 WRX. It started about two weeks ago. Looked around the forums and many people with the same problem concluded that its a bad connection within the headlight/signal stalk.

Hopefully you can get that replaced under warranty. Let us know if that solves the problem.
