Default removing foglights

Hi all,

I'm about to sell my USDM foglights and would like to ensure that I have included all necessary parts for the buyer that's purchasing from me. I have little to no knowledge regarding to electrical & lighting. I've searched but was rather confused about some of the procedures needed to remove all the necessary parts.

Anyway, I've removed the foglights already.. All I need to do is remove the switch now? I've read that I'd also need to remove the relay. I'm not familiar with what a relay is and what it looks like.

Please help me as I've to remove all necessary parts for a complete foglights setup ASAP.. Thanks

Yes a typical kit come with lights, brackets, switch and a relay. The relay is located in the relay panel to the right of the fuse panel under the coin holder. You will see perhaps 5 black squares tucked into the holder. It is either the third or 4th one down. Cant exactley remember now. But you might get lucky since some have little fog light symbols on them. They are held in on either side by a plastic clips. Just move the clips to the right or left and pull the relay straight out.

Thank you very much brunetmj!!!

Just one more question, are the "brackets" the foglight surrounds.. or would they be something that supports the foglights?

Sorry I just reread the post. You have JDM's so i am unsure about the bracket issue however the relay info is correct. I was thinking of OEM foglights when i posted.

no rc0310 have oem fogs, they're removed by taking the cover out, and a few screws and stuff, but we just wanted to see if that's all we need if we want to take the whole unit out... I think we got them though.
