You need to check Spark, Injector pulse, and compression. Until you do that no one can help you.

I am having the same problem. My swap will crank but I am not getting the injector pulse. Spark is good, compression is good, but no injector pulse. Anyone got any ideas?

Sean, I might be able to come over tomorrow, and I'll bring my schematics to see if I wrote any notes on them...

Make sure your CRANK POSITION SENSOR is wired correctly. With out the CPS your car will crank forever but never start!
I don't know if this will work on a car with out a distributer, but get the #1 cylinder at TDC, and check to make sure your getting currant to the plug going to the first cylinder.
Naturally check to make sure you're getting fuel pressure (which you said you already did) If everything checks out car should start right up.

ill second the crank position sensor, if the wires are backwards in the terminal it wont start.

the ecu uses the crank sensor to determine injector pulse, If you have compression/spark/fuel, I would start looking at that.
