Question nasty roll-over last night

I was coming home from a friend's house in Pembroke last night with my wife at about 11:30, got on Rt. 3 north at exit 12, and saw a pickup rolled into the woods on the off-ramp. No cops yet, just happened. A few people had stopped, so I did too. I called 911 (free call ) and got out to see how things were. As I was walking back to the wreck, one of the cars that had been pulled over drove by me. It was a Silverthorne RS sedan! Anyone here?

Anyway, the driver was out and pretty much ok, just shaking and scared ****-less. He said his brakes failed, which makes sense. He must have just kept trying to turn, whicj made the truck oversteer, and he must have pulled a Pat Olsen into the woods.
He luckily was wearing his seatbelt. Looked like an S-10 or something. Anyway, the cops showed so I left. Who was the Subbie?
