Default What is this part number for ?

The dealer can't tell me if this a good part number #J1017FE320. Is it the same part as J1010FE260?
Thank you

I a modifying stock mud guards from an Imprezza TS to fit my TS....thus the conversion question.
The bad part number is on one of the mud flaps and the dealer is clueless if it's what I need.
