Default jdm pop up screen wiring

I just got JDM lcd screen, but it did not come with any kind of wiring harness, it looked like the end of the wiring harness was cut. there are 5 wire that connects to back of the screen, all the colors match with clock wiring harness, except there is PURPLE one on the lcd screen, and I don't know where that would hook up to. I know few people from this forum have this mod, please help~

The purple wire should be your pulse line to open/close the screen. Wire it up to a switch. I had mine wired to my alarm remote so that I could open/close it that way.

You can contact Adrian - "FLAT4motorsports.com" vendor on this board. He sold a few to us on the TSC board and I think some here. He can confirm the wiring.

Goodluck,

Drew.

Can you tell me where you bought the kit? I know KingofImports.com used to have it, but they seem to be shutting down or something.
