Default AP w. aftermarket intake?

Anyone run an aftermarket intake (other than the injen one) with an AP??? Everything on COBB's website says you should use stock intake with stage 1...but i'm wondering what problems i'll have (if any) by running greddy's airinx intake and their prototype Ti catback exhaust.

My friend is using the AP with an AEM CAI. He was using Stage 2 without the intake map, which he said he liked. Then he switched to the Stage 2 w/Intake and he said it was much better. So I'm assuming that it should be ok to use another brand intake other than Injen. But don't take my word on it.

If you use an intake with Cobb's stuff other than an Injen with their map, you are an idiot. Not to disrespect the above poster, but it KILLS me when people say that they are running XXX's intake and it's fine. NO, it's NOT fine! It feels fine when I swallow small amounts of mercury too, but after awhile I will be dead. The same analogy is true with intakes. It feels fine running around town too lean, but after awhile, when you pop a piston you will see the error of your ways. You might be OK with a good intake but I wouldn't put a Greddy intake on my lawnmower.

If you go onto Cobb's website they have a map for use with the Injen intake.Obviously its not alright to run an aftermarket intake or Cobb wouldn't have stated so.
