Default Curse of the Stripper

Last week was an exciting (sad?) one here in town. Beware the exotic dancer curse!

Read:

Dancer charged in Cape Canaveral slaying

A 26-year-old exotic dancer with the stage name "Caramel" was charged late Thursday with fatally stabbing a man earlier this week.
The homicide charge was filed against Rusheda Brown, a single mother from Palm Bay who investigators said was in a long-standing, secret relationship with the married victim, 53-year-old Daniel Maguire.
Maguire, a former computer science teacher at Brevard Community College, was found at his Cape Canaveral home on Tuesday just minutes after calling 9-1-1 to report his own stabbing...

Police: Man beat girlfriend to death
The Meadows South, a complex of 155 tightly clustered one-story stucco condos in utilitarian beige, is a haven for middle-class retirees.
In the evening, its residents water their tiny plots of grass or chat at their communal mailboxes. Residing in such close quarters, the residents know each other well and get along peacefully.

So it was odd that at 20, Amanda Ratliff died a gruesome death here among her much older neighbors. Over a period of 11 hours on Tuesday, Ratliff was beaten with a beer bottle, a table leg, and a vacuum cleaner while her neck was throttled by duct tape, police said. Her live-in boyfriend, Gregory McGruder Jr., 25, was charged with first-degree murder and domestic violence.
...
A dancer at a club on State Road A1A in Cocoa Beach, she rented a unit a year ago for $650 a month, but there were enough visits from police to quell disturbances, and enough noise from people coming in and out at all hours that drew the attention of neighbors.
...
"We'd see her with busted lips and black eyes, and we'd tell her, 'You have to get away from that guy,' but she said she loved him and wanted to be with him," said Jessie Costa, 18, whose boyfriend, Jake Ratliff, is Amanda's brother.
"We were just saying the other day that she would probably get killed, so it was like déja vu when we heard she was dead," Costa said. "It's not fair because she was stripping to support him."

I mean seriously, *** is wrong with people?

something about the way that is written that made me chuckle.

If stripping was illegal in this country there would be a large increase in the number of single mothers who apply for welfare...Strippers are some of the laziest, most ****ed up types of people you will ever meet, so no this is not a surprise...
