Default Accessport base map question

so i got an accessport today. When initializing and choosing the base map i chose the stock map.

after that i uploaded a stage 2 91 oct but not as a base map...just a regular map. When i check to see what map is currently runnig, it says Stock Map. Is the car actually running the stock map or is it running the stage 2 91oct map?

It said it was successful when sending the stage 2 91oct map. Was i suppose to set that map as my base map?

You onlt see the base map with the AP, it will not show you your realtime map (you have to remember what you flash). I will say that you should have the stage 2 map as your base to see the complete power gains available.

Make the base map the map of the stage you are at...So if you have the TBE, and are runnin a stage 2 tune, make the base map STage 2, and use the Real time maps to retune from there...

If you don't use the Stage 2 as the base map you won't get the max output from the tune...

Also, no matter which real time map you use, it'll only tell you what base map you are running.

I belive it's 17.5 +-.5 Psi. Yours is a tad high, but will probably settle down with some learning. And having stage 2 as base map is the way to go!!
