I am putting an ej20 in my 98 L with an FMIC, what are my options for radiators, will the stock one work?

If you have a new ej20 then you will need to make a new top radiator hose..to fit the oem type of radiator that your 98 L model has...cuz the pipe for the top radiator hose comming from the ej20 comes straight out..and the one on your L model comes out on an angle.. C&R makes an awesome radiator that will bolt right in place..KOYO makes a stock size radiator as well as a thick ass 53mm one that bolts to your L body..just pick up some spal thin fans and mount em up... if you want to use a wrx radiator, and hoses you will have fab up some upper and lower braces to hold your radiator in place since the body is now the same..but it does fit with some pursuation..

right now chaste automotive has a way sick custom radiator that will work with your stock fans(with minor modication)..i think he is selling it for 375 give or take. it big, its beautiful. but yes your stock radiator will work, just keep in mind that you will have to replace it sometime.
