Question Gauge cluster

I was wondering if the 2004 gauge cluster will work int a 2003? I only ask because I like how it has the tach is in the middle. I guess my question is will it just plug right in and work or do I need to do some re-wieing?

it should work, but i don't know.

i would like to know as well because the center tach and the red needles make me go gaa-gaa
