Default Time to put in stffer top hats?

Ever since I upgraded from the stock 04WRX suspension set-up to 04STi struts, Tanabe GF210 springs, Helix saybars and rear end links, I have been getting a smal rythmic bouncing that is more evident a) on the highway, and b) as it gets colder outside. It is consistant and now that I am doing mostly highway driving to work, it is driving me nuts. When I go around corners and uneven road the car does not behave as if it has "blown" or leaking struts.

Should I be switching from the stock 04STi struts to the Group N Top Hats?

If so where can I find the best deal on the Group N Top Hats?

Thanks, folks!

Whit
