Good Day Eh,

Here http://www.canadiandriver.com/news/010710-2.htm is an article about an exclusive-to-Canada Forester Sport for the 2002 lineup. Its all dressing like a black grill, rear spoiler and different wheels, nothing as sweet as a turbo (yet).

The main www.subaru.ca site doesn't seem to mention it at all, but then it didn't list the Blue Ridge Edition either.

No big deal, but I just thought I would drop by and mention it.

Cheers

Thumbs up

That's very cool - and exactly the type of grille I'm lookiing to put on my '00 S.
Also tells me that Legacy GT wheels will fit a Forester.

You guys are lucky, eh? Now I just wish your NHL team wouldn't fold in the playoffs. I went to see them at the Corel Centre a few months back and am now a fan.

Ed

I like that front grille. Gives the Forester a more understated look.

I'm not sure about the wheels, though. They look great on the GT, but I personally like the 5-spokes on my S.

The front grill is almost like what forester 97~2000 in Japan look like. But the 2001 grill will not fit 2000's. the engine hood, head light shape are different.

btw the wheels is exactly like Japan's Forester 25...something. the one with EJ25 engine like ours.
Most of the foresters in Japan's lineup use EJ20...

Same grill as on my Forester GT (Turbo) although I haven't got the chrome surround, mine is plain black.
