The 1st one is the "Base Dyno" with only an intake and pulley.
The 2nd one is with the intake, pulley, and catback.
The 3rd one is the most recent, with the intake, pulley, grounding kit, header, cat, and catback.

From the Base, the 3rd graph shows a gain of 25WHP and 19TRQ. when you figure in an estimated 35% driveline loss, i get within 5HP/TRQ of the 200HP/TRQ mark.

Car: 2007 Forester XT Limited 5MT
Facility: Fine Line Imports
Type of Dyno: Mustang
Baseline # for a stocker at the dyno: stock, my car made 188whp/211wtq on same dyno
Boost: 14psi tapering off to 11psi
Fuel: 91 octane Chevron California crap
Target AFR: not sure, can ask tuner
SAE Corrections: not sure
Peak HP at RPM: 255.0 @ 6,000 RPM
Peak Torque at RPM: 255.2 @3,500 RPM
Mods: VF43, STi TMIC, STi exhaust manifolds p&p by me, GREEN panel filter, COBB catted downpipe, Prodrive 2.5" axelback, COBB v2 AP tuned by FLI.

It did make 280 wtq on the COBB VF43 map, but was boosting a bit too high. This tune is conservative and safe, and the car pulls hard.

The "Base Run" plots are my car when it was stock:

This pull was done on a different day, over-layed with the previous graph:

This was a hot run with intake temperatures of 140 degrees, over-layed with the previous graphs (intake temperature 100 degrees). It is meant to show the difference in power after soaking up some heat -- the difference isn't too dramatic, which is great:

Stock TD04... Small turbo. An Evo X MR bone stock did nearly the same thing.

tuned by Junior at The Shop.

cp pistons + rings
pauter rods
acl bearings
oem gaskets + arp head studs
heads pnp, supertech +0.5mm stainless valves, supertech valvetrain
cosworth 278/274 AVCS cams
gruppe-s uel header, custom 2.5" uppipe, custom 3" downpipe, qtp cutout, borla hush
gt35r .82ar T31 + tial 44mm ewg
pe 850s (maxed), perrin rails, dual walbros
openecu + UTEC SD + AVC-R

It made 505whp with the cutout open. On the first pull with the cutout open it was on its way to 520 and hit boost cut. With the cutout closed it made 490whp and peak tq was the same as with the cutout open. The fuel system is maxed out by 21-22psi.

Default does this sound right?

i dont have a copy of my dyno sheet but i had my 02 wrx dynod this past spring and i thought i should have made more power. heres my mod list

momentum 40t turbo 18psi.
stock injectors modified to 660cc
perrin uppipe
helix 3" downpipe
full exhaust
perrin inlet tube
trust short ram intake
aps 50/50 bov
tgv delete
93 octane

it was tuned with the access port.
i made 251whp and 241wtq

does anyone else think these numbers are a little low? i wasnt really happy with the people who tuned my car especially because i paid $500 for maybe 2 hrs on the dyno and got one map. i just need some more opinions b4 i take it to another shop.

thanks

That does not seem horrible. 18psi is not very high? Do you have any idea what your overall gains were?

Evo ix. Cams, Turbo back exhaust, intake, lower and upper intercooler pipe, intercooler upgrade, pump gas stock turbo, mbc 24.6 tapering to about 18psi by redline. Maybe a boost leak? Temps were 61 degrees humidity 64%

Note: The dotted line was my baseline. From my email flash my tuner sent me. solid line is the final results.
