Tuning went well had some random bumps in the road. Tuning began with stock TMIC and we were having trouble getting the afrs where they needed to be so we did a boost leak test and found that the plastic end caps had come loose.

Intercooler got replaced by the AVO TMIC. The intake was put on at the sametime as IC. We increased boost to 22 psi and got fueling leveled out and were able to get timing advanced at low end to help with torque.We had the same problem twice while making 22 pounds. The hose that routes from the top of the BOV runs into the intake manifold came off. (Comes factory no clamp.) Car ran rich then would barely idle afrs all over the place. put a hose clamp on it haven't had a reoccurence.

That's something to look at if any of you guys plan to run higher boost if you ever encounter the problem.

Steve @ 7L Autosport did a fantastic job getting a safe, aggressive, and very powerful tune.

All parts purchased through 7L.

This was done over a year and a half ago now...nothing special after browsing through this thread. Tuned at Turbo XS.

2004 STi w/TBE about 29,000 miles at the time of tune.
