Default Looking for Cam gears for 96-98 2.5l DOHC

For a 97 leg gt.

ANyone got any cam gears lying around. I am in mesa and need to replace to drivers side. I guess you need to do both at the same time. I broke one the other day (dumba$$!!!).

Anyone know about this procedure. I am worried about removal of cams without misalignment of valves. I want to know just how much movement I should expect from left (drivers) side when removed. Also want to make sure that all I need to do is just reposition them back at 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock when reinstalling, assuming they dont spin all over the place when removed. I am just freaking out about this and dont want to trash my engine you know.

ANy help would be great.

I'd try posting or searching in the legacy section of this board...they're pretty knowledgable there and could probably help you out with proceedure...or you could pick up a haynes or SOA tech document. A lot of the people in the legacy section have most of these documents available.

good luck!
