Default Shameful Question: tune ups?

Ok I've been noticing that the rig has been kinda sluggish in pick up and its been idling rough.

I don't have any gauges to measure boost but i feel like its lower then normal.

I haven't done anything different or added any parts.

Now my question is should I take it to a dealership for a tune up?
Or should I go to a cool non-subaru garage?
Or should I just spend the money on beer, drugs and hookers? [(kidding) not really]

Also I am VERY green when it comes to cars (I know enough to be dangerous ) so doing it myself with out major help is out of the question

It was done by the fella who owned it before me. He said he took it the deaalership where he bought it and they did it. (It was a subaru dealer)

60K service can be done for under $100 in parts and will take about 5 or 6 hours. Contact locals via your local forum for help.

Smile and... don't forget to...

Hey, I've got 30K on my WRX and did all the services needed to complete the 'tune-up'. The one thing that improved idle and reponse the most was cleaning the throttle body and the plate. Common sprays for that use are available everywhere and the results... short of miraculous!!! IMO, don't for get to clean this part. Well worth it.

Get some fuel injector cleaner too while you're at it (should be done every oil change really).

Any recommendations on what to use? I didn't do this at 30k, but since i'm going to have to remove my intercooler anyways to replace the PCV valve, i guess i'll do it for my 60k.
