Default 96 subaru impreza with cylinder one misfire

I have a cylinder one misfire in my 96 impreza. I've changed out the throttle position sensor, the coil, i've given it a tune up, i put a new computer, i've checked the fuel injectors, i've checked just about everything i can think of. can someone help me? this isn't just an average cylinder miss. it started a few weeks after i got the car (that was about 8 months ago) and it only missed when i went into 5th gear, but now it will start to miss when i barely go 20 mph, and it won't let me pick up speed.

Leak down compression test. You may have a burnt valve.
