Default 9000miles Service?

I got a letter from a subaru dealership near my area and saying that my Subaru is up for the 9000 miles service.

Now, I know there is no such thing as 9000 miles service so I am wondernig is it ok for them to advertise that way?

Greedy bastids. I guess you could always put a bee in their bonnet by contacting SOA and telling them that the dealer is inferring that Subaru has such a service interval for their own economic gain. I'm sure some people go in.
