Post wrx swap

i want to swap a wrx engine into my 00 rs. i was wondering where i could get all the parts needed including ecu rear diff. tranny and guage cluster. if anyone has a wrecked wrx or all the parts for a swap please let me know. also if you could let me know how much work is involved.

The search feature is great. You might want to consider using your RS transmission rather than the WRX as the gearing is much more fun then the WRX's. As far as the work goes, it all depends on how good you are with a wrench and a wiring diagram. PM me if you want to know more about wiring and swap/wiring options.

Where to get the parts you'll need you'll just have to look around. There are always people selling them in the private forsale section. You can also call junkyards or look online. The key part of getting an engine is to make sure that you get the entire wiring harness from the WRX that the engine comes out of. If you don't you'll be out at least another 1500 bucks and have a sore ass from kicking yourself.

I have the same swap you are planning on doing in my 00 RS and it is amazing.
