Hey ho Silver, away!!!

Default Safe voltage for new bulbs (JDM projectors)

Hi,

I just got my used JDM projectors, and they came with blue bulbs, so before I install them, I wanted to swap the bulbs out (high and low beam) with brighter white bulbs. Though, I'm kind of sceptic about how white I should get them, and I'm aware that voltage affects the logetivity of the bulb. So what I'm asking is, what voltage should I be looking for, when getting a brighter bulb than stock, but with a pretty good life span.

Thx in advance

Stay with stock wattage (55W). Higher wattage bulbs will tax the wiring and won't last as long. For improved lighting get a set of Osram Silverstars from Daniel Stern Lighting in H1 55W.
