I've had the same issue, I had silverstar bulbs and went through 2 of them just the left side.
But it was a couple months between that it happened.
I'm trying some piaa gtx bulbs next , if it goes again then i'm going back to stock bulbs

Lightbulb headlights keep burning out

gee, i finally found someone else having a same issue. this is unbelievable. i think i have a short circuit somewhere, as i could smell a plastic burn just for a short while right before it burn out. at first it was left, and now its both. my car is not modified, and its not fuses. it was less than a month before it happened again. stock bulbs, and no, i didn't touch it with fingers.

do you leave the foglights on when you start the engine?

Mine burned out once also. I have since replaced it and do not turn on the lights until my car has benn started. try this and see if you notice a difference.
