I have a 2002 WRX Wagon which I have a Helix uppipe and catted Helix Downpipe. I notice that on cold days, the car doesn't want to turn over. I took it to a Subaru dealership, and they said that I need a ECU reflash. I am going to get the Cobb Accessport, would I still need to send my ECU in to Subaru first if I'm getting the accessport in order to resolve this issue?
