Default Engine swap

I have a question i have an engine swap im working on a ej20tt its for my legacy. Its stock in the car in japan im jus working on building the engine up and what not now. But has anyone put these into there cars in America any help would be appreciated. I need info on motor mounts the wiring harness etc..

When you get the motor, YOU WILL HAVE to get the crossmember. It will not work without it.... there is NO way around that, unless you can have one fabricated identically. The wiring harness and ECU are necessary as well. I saw one done and it is not easy.

hey joe, i haven't heard from you in a while, hows georgia? *sorry for the thread-jack*

are you planning on putting this into a RHD car? if not you will have extensive exhaust work to do to make it work, but if you can do that stuff, you should be able to make it fit. but you would need the TT cross memeber because i think it has 2 notches for the up-pipes. and like joe said, you will need the wiring harness, and computer.

just wondering dont mean to thread jack but, i think i got a legacy tt crossmember when i ordered a jdmgc8 crossmember to accompany my swap would the legacy X-member bolt directly into my gf8?
