Impreza GC8 Best Mods I've Ever Done, for those who don't read the NA fourm

Ok, its been a month since I've been able to get my car back from FIS, I had trashed my second gear and they were replacing 1st and 2nd with RA gears, holy crap is my tranny beyond fantastic now , they added a 1st gear syncro and I can shift into first with out it grinding back at my. YEAH!!!

Not only that I had them add the Exedy lightweight flywheel while they were in there and that is fantastic, it changed the play in the clucth alot, but thats ok.

But wait! Thats not all! During Christmas time I got the COBB CAI too, WOW that WOOHSHOOO sound it makes at WOT is killer, I scared the crap out of my Mom when I brought the car home for the first time.

The guys at FIS, namely Steve, are great, he did a killer job on my trany and I love it to death, I couldn't ask for anything better, well, except a STi tranny with DCCD. but thats a few years and a better, higer paying job away.

If any one has any questions about the gear set swap or other questions at all post'em and I'll be more that happy to answer them.

Cobb intake... I could have told you to do that over 3 years ago...

next get some good equal length headers... makes as much difference as the intake, if not more...

I didn't know if it would fit, i just want the look kevin, and not only that, I'm not going to be trying to be beating WRX's, I want to smoke those honda and hundyi bastards out there, we all can't afford a WRX engine, I would like too, but I just can't. Not only that, if I did get a WRX motor it would be from a JDM STi.

I did the intake on my Gaylant with red hi-temp. It looked absolutely awesome, and didnt flake, peel, or get sticky when it was hot.
