I'm trying to buy ngk bkr7e. Went to sparkplugs.com, but they want $9 for UPS ground shipping! WHat?!

you can try clubplug.net, with shipping it might be the same but on the front of their web, they have 5% discount code to use to offset shipping a little bit. If you decide to go with clubplug, be absolutely sure the part number you order, if not you get screwed with a 15% restocking fee and still pay shipping to canada, vs. cali for sparkplugs.com

sparkplugs.com charged me $7.66 UPS ground. Ridiculous.

That said, I ordered the wrong plugs and they shipped me the right ones without charging me for shipping on the replacements...
