cobb suggest running stg2 base+real time. according to them, the base map has "extra logics", makes your car run safer. it's all in the manual.

Im not gonna touch the HWG maps untill i get EGT Guage installed as well as something to detect knock. Low boost was attributed to the stock catback in addition to the catted DP. Im putting off the 3in catback till i can get more money for it.

Good idea! It's good for ANY Stage2 user to have an EGT gauge anyway.

I ran stage 1 for a while with just the catback, then added an uppipe, and finally a DP and a reflash to stage 2. I adjusted the wastegate arm just a tad to reduce the flutter I had after adding the DP and I did experience very minor spikes but the ECU learned around it pretty quick.

Although I've had no "known" problems, I'm not running an EGT gauge or a knocklink (so every time I read a thread like this it leaves me wondering. . ). Consequently, I don't run it real hard.
