Hi there...

Last time phil came to town the rate was 500 US for 2 hours on dyno and 30 mins on street to complete the tune. This years rate depends on what phil works out with the dyno facility. Keep in mind that more than half of the money goes back to the facility.

Thanks !

Less actually. You'll want to have about 1/4 in your tank at least if all you are doing is a street gas tune. If you want a race gas tune also, have as little gas as possible to get the street map done, and bring a 5 gal jug of your race fuel of chioce. We should have some C16 and 100 OCT on site.

Thanks again!

if my utec has already been tuned elsewhere, would it still be beneficial for me to come down and see if phil can improve on it?
also since i already have a map to work with will that take mush less time as well?

im interested incoming down coz i kow phil is very good with the utec.

I'm looking into the feasibiliy of heading south for this.
I wonder how much they'll be able to do with my stock turbo though*

Hi there...

We are focusing in on the first weekend in march, the 3rd, 4th and 5th, and provided that the rate that fame is charging has not changed, the rate will be 500.00 USD for two hours on the dyno and 30 minutes of road tuning time.

Those with hydra ECUs will have a complimentary road tuning session if possible before the dyno day to take care of getting the hydra ready for dialing in on the dyno.

Thanks

This honestly depends on what your set up is and who did the tuning last time. If the car was tuned well, I am not certain that there would be that much to gain by having it retuned in the car has not chaged. Phil is certainly good with the UTEC. Who tuned the car last time around?

The dyno day is looking almost full at this point and priority needs to be given to those who want and/or are paying for full tunes. There is a possiblity that there may be a slot for touch up runs and if this happens I would be happy to accomodate you, the best thing that you could do would just be to email info@worldoneperformance.com to stay in the loop.

Thanks,

G@w1

Hi there..

If those are the mods that you have, you can certainly still get tuned. You would end up at a tuned stage II set up. which would still be a fun place to be. Overall power gain most likely wouldn't be more than 20 HP or so, but I am pretty certain that there is a lot of utility that could be gained from smoothing out your power band. If you have more questions about this perhaps it would be best to email phil@elementtuning.com

Please let me know if you have any more questions!

BTW, a final reccomendation is to add an intercooler, and then you would be at the stage III level, and I can certainly tell you that there is a lot to be gained in terms of low end torque from tuning a stage III set up.

Thanks!

for the 2 hours dyno time, do you think it is enough time for both street and race maps tuned?

thanks for the reply W1, and good luck with filling the spaces. From the looks of things, you won't have any issues getting people in to this.

As for me, I'll be waiting for the next round when we can do a stg3 tune.

cheers!
