Default HID Head LIGHTS even?

I have a question, I have some HID's on my wrx and I wanted to know if the headlights suppose to be even or is one headlight pointing higher then the other one. It's seems that one if higher, which is my passenger light. If this is normal cool, but if not what could be the problem?

They should be aimed evenly but more importantly both should be aimed properly.

There are adjusters on the headlights to set the aim, this has nothing to do with the HIDs.

The passenger side headlight on all HID/projector cars should be higher than the driver side. This is so the light doesn't blind the **** out of the guy driving towards you on the other side of the road.

Not according to the Subaru Service Manual. Both lights should be aimed evenly.
The Subaru manual states the following for adjustment:
1) Put the vehicle on a level surface
2) Verify tire inflation is correct
3) Make sure gas tank is full
4) Bounce vehicle to normalize the suspension
5) Be sure someone is in the driver's seat
6) Set the leveler switch to 0
7) Park the vehicle 10 feet from a vertical surface (wall).
8) With the vehicle 10 feet from the wall, the top of the beam cutoff for both lights should be 23.93 inches off the ground.

NO!!!!!#$%

The right side of the pattern will be slightly higher for BOTH left and right headlights... the cutoff rises gently as it reaches the middle of the beam and continues right.... If one headlight is aimed higher than the other, your **** is not aimed correctly.

Confused by that statemeant. That would be true of an ecode headlamp but I think he just has stock headlamps.
