Default please help newbie

alright, my friend just got a 99 legacy 4dr gt sedan.
i have done, about 2 hours of research today on this forum trying to figure stuff out.
for what i understand so far he has ej25 engine, i am trying to see what swaps are available for it. all i have seen so far is is sti motor swaps.
so here are my questions

will an 91-94 turbo legacy motor fit?
will any other turbo or higher hp engines will fit.
will jdm engines fit, ej20?

any information or links would be great

thanks for the help

will the ej20 single turbo,

be an easy swap? i know it fits, but how much else has to be switched? ecu, wiring, crossmember?

read the sticky thread in this forum
yes to all those parts and there is lots of wiring - that is the hard part. The swap of the engine and tranny is the easy part. There are lots of shops that do complete swaps for reasonable prices. You best talk to one of them, because your posts make it obvious that you do not have sufficient knowledge to swap yourself.

Read the sticky at the top of this forum and it links to all the good posts regarding conversions.

i've been on this forum for 2 days, so why don't you back off a little bit.
we are not getting a shop to do the swap, i have plenty of knowledge about swaps and cars, just not on subarus YET. so just chill.
