I'm creeping up on 30k miles and most know what that means! Service time. One of the service items is the fuel filter. It was a very easy job on my '02 WRX, but the Sti has me thinking. I remember when the Sti 1st came out many said there wasn't a replacement filter for it. I know it's in the tank with the pump, but do they have a replacement part for it yet?
I'm not letting this one slide after seeing the gas that came out of WRX's filter, TIA, Bryan

Bryan, Bryan, Bryan.........
Go to http://www.subaru.com/owners/care/sc...sp?pageID=2004 and LOOK at your replacement schedule. You change it a 60K not 30K. No you owe me $1 since I searched for you. ![]() |

but it also states......in note 2:
When the vehicle is used in extremely cold or hot weather areas, contamination of the filter may occur and filter replacement should be performed more often. |
