Default Turbo Timer Help

We'll i just recently installed a clifford rs 3.5 alarm system in my car. I have a turbo timer that was with my factory alarm. I did not do any of these installation knowing the fact i am such a newbie. My question is, ever since i got my alarm installed my door doesnt lock when its idle after i take off my key. Before the alarm was installed i had a factory alarm, which one of my friends fixed so i can lock my car. while i idel. Can someone tell me how to fix this so i can lock my car when im idling again. My car is an 05 wrx. thanks

i have a clifford alarm system, but the factory alarm can still be used. I cant lock my door while my is idling. How i had it before when it was factory.
