At the Track Head Gasket Recommendation?

Looking for concensus on most reliable choice for head gaskets in a WRX. Engine with 3k on it blew on both sides. EJ25 w/EJ20 heads. Had EJ25 metal gaskets in it. Car is modified, a tad . Copper ok with aluminum?
