I found the problem, the rear axles weren't in 100%. I did my best to get them in, got it really close to the dif, so I'm hoping that works.

If not, I don't think I have tools here to take everything off and put it back on, is it something that I should bring to a local place and have them do it? Shouldn't take longer than 30 mins I assume, just popping them back in?

That's great that you found the problem! If you were able to push them in enough to notice a difference, it should take care of it.

yeah dude, it worked great. only thing, they popped out again after a long trip.
So I'm gonna reseat them later on, that should do it.
