Default lighting options

I need a little advice on lighting choices, i ran sylvania silverstars on my 00rs for about 6 months til they died, now im running regular sylvanias for about a year no problems, today i noticed i had a low beam out on my 95l and i want to upgrade the lights on the 00 and use the old sylvanias for the 95, i think i want to go with the osram silverstars, are all the osrams the same? are some higher output than others, i read something earlier that mentioned the +50% ? what's that about? off topic but today i stopped at walmart to look at bulbs and i didn't see any H4 bulbs, but i saw 9007 that looked like the H4, did they change the way bulbs are classified? thanks damon

osram's are for the european market. they're brighter than the US sylvania silverstars. they put out more light, don't have the blue tint, and the light is a yellowish color.
