Default What is used to make a front grill?

I'm very interested in trying to make a radiator protector, people said use gutter guard but where can i get gutter guard that large??? I'm wanting to go for the same look as the sedona Red RS on this board has, i think it is imprezedRS who has it, does anyone know how i can get gutter guard large enough for this??

Go to lowes or home depot. They sell it in those sizes and quanity there.

I got expanded steel at Home Depot. It comes in 24" x 24" pieces. That works really well. Gutter Guard I could only find in 5" widths.
