I might be in...depends on my two wheel & autoX schedule.

I'd don't think I'll want to caravan from Chicago since I'm in Ann Arbor.

I might do this if there is enough local interest. I need a tune and injectors before then though since I would have to compete in the "stripped" class :/

Guys. This is the place where the Diamond Star Shootout is head every year. Let's get together and show those Mitsubishis what's up! I've got four cars in my caravan so far. My 05STi, my wifes 05WRX, my friends 03WRX, and my friends 03EVO. There will be a ton of EVOs and Mitsubishis there. I don't want those guys walking all over us so we need to bring as many Subis as possible. E-mail me if you want all the details. wrxdr@yahoo.com

I am down and I could join either caravan....I am in Toledo so the AA and Chi have to drive through my town.

FYI Norwalk is a sweet track. It is in great condition and should be a nice stage for this showdown. Also I grew up 15 miles away from the track so I know how to get around Norwalk. The track is on the south east side of town and can be a pain to get to. We should all go to Cedar Point on the 15th to celebrate our win.

I might be doing this, maybe show some slowbarus what real power is... j/k there are some seriously modded subies that are outrageous. But you better hope Al from Dynoflash doesn't show up, he ran 10.59 in his 659hp evo!

The bracket class is and subaru engine, so you're in.

There are some low 10 sec STI around as well. It has just taken a bit longer to figure them out than the Evo's.

This is the last oasis prior to entering Indiana. I have a group of hotel rooms that are less than $40 a peice a night! Econo lodge. This is the party place where everybody is at!

I don't think they will either, but at least their exhausts will sound better as they get beat.

oh so very true!

i hate the 4G63 exhaust note compared to my old wrx. But conversely, makes me less concerned about make of muffler, i'll just be looking for what is least restrictive because they all sound like arsehole anyways.
