Default changing rear axel and wheel bearings

a little while back i was hearing this whirrling noise at 60 mph comming from the back, i read afew posts on the forum saying it might be the diff or something like that, so i changed the diff fluid and it persisted. after a month or so i got in a car accident and it took 2 months for them to repair the damage,

anways i found out the problem was the rear axel has gone bad and was throwing grease everywhere. when im turning in the car the sounds goes from a whirling to a higher constant sound. im guessing the wheel bearings are out as well

i was just wondering what all parts exactly do i need to change the rear axel and the wheel bearings

are there any seals or gaskets or anyhting extra i need besides the wheel bearings and the cv axel.

my friends uncle whos a mechanic is going to change it, hes not real familiar with subarus so i just wanted to make sure so we dont get into changing it and figure out we need another part and have to go buy it
any input would be helpful
thanks

If you need axles, or parts

www.driveshaftshop.com is the site, call them and tell them about your problem, they should have what you need.
