My boss at my old job would bring in like 2 2-liter bottles of Coke _per day_ to drink. He was huge.

Dont worry, I used to down 5-10 cans of diet soda a day. Started working out and I've switched mostly to water.

I've been on a no-soda diet for over a week now. Yesterday at work, I drank 6 20 oz. styrafoam cups full of water. 120 oz = 3.5 liters... and that was just a four hour shift.

Water > Soda

I used to drink about a gallon and a half of water over the summer at work. My poor, poor kidneys.

Its so funny when people say "its all muscle" or "Im not overweight" or "your just REALLY skinny for your height"

When all they have to do is admit that they are out of shape. Seen it a million times.

By not that big, I meant not that fat. I bench 280 for 3 sets of 5, military press 85lb dumbells, and curl 70lb dumbells.

It's not Hercules, but I'm happy with it. My waist size is 34, and I wear XXL shirts. I don't consider myself big at all, that's my opinion.

I can easily chug a 2 liter of diet coke in 2 hours. I just try to avoid doing so.
