Default Steering Wheel Vibration

Ok guys listen to this, my 02 wrx sat for a week in the cold and was only started and not driven. I get back and start to drive my car around and now I notice a serious oscillation in the steering wheel at low speeds. It starts moving back and forth about +10 degrees pretty quickly up till about 80 mph and then it goes away above 80. Its seriously obnoxious and driving me nuts. The allignment is off and it pulls slightly to the left. The car was in a forward collision with a tree but this vibration started all of a sudden, it was not a gradual thing. what do you think?

Most of the time steering wheel vibration is caused by an unbalanced wheel. Take it to a shop and get your wheels balanced. You could check the tire pressure also.
