2000 SUbaru Impreza RS-T!

How does it feel? 3" TBE w/ highflow cat and a GT25 BB turbo.

Boost at 2300rpm is sexy eh? Your taking me for a ride sometime in her.

So.........who wants to take on kgb this summer at Mission?

The spool up depends entirely on my right foot - spool on demand anything above 2k rpm. I got a 200lb passenger on the side, a 160lb passenger behind me and myself at 130lb and the car still moves if needs be. Checked the scale recently with a full tank + 110lb passenger at 1430kg. So tell me why all these guys crave for a 400-500whp mobile?

Seriously, in the current form I could get into a lot of trouble already

But I live in a quiet neighborhood that's infested with highway patrol - any suggestion for a quieter exhaust? I'm gonna take some measurement with a dB meter to see how loud it gets

The Espelir JGT500 I sold you was a wicked exhaust. Its only loud because its deep.
Quietest exhaust on the market is really the Greddy EVO2, Apex'i WorldSport2.

Are you planning to get bigger sized injectors with a fuel pump and raise the boost ot 9psi?

It's nice alright - I just don't want to go deaf before 35 that's all

When I have the funds, injectors / pump / headers / EGT are in my mind - but I seriously don't think I would have the funds this year. For now, 6 psi is good to putt around town

I can so see this - one run, shift at the redline (4.11 ratio I have) and kaboom goes the 2nd gear. Trust me - my crap tranny wouldn't allow me to launch without breaking it into pieces or shifting fast.

The guys at RalliTek and AVO have had problems with the Walbro 255lph fuel pump and recommend the genuine Subaru one. Aftermarket headers are a PITA to install, I remember one night it toook us 6 hours to bolt up the Borla headers to the exhaust manifold. Its been heavily discussed on the aftermarket forced induction forum. Do you have any gauges installed right now? The Link should hvae fuel cut if boost spikes up at 7psi, so really, only a EGT is recommended although not required.

I will try to snap some... not exactly the cleanest install but oh well it kinda works

Headers would probably have to wait - the Cobb one is only good for NA, the TWE is too low. I only have a mechanical boost gauge taped to the steering column. Checking the Link shows that the fuel cut comes in at 160KPa - which is more than 7psi I believe. It's hard to get the whole map out without using a laptop and I believe the Link firmware was custom made for AVO as the menus are different.

My car is 'slow' in a straight line. KGB and I were pretty evenly matched before the turbo so I'll pass. If I go to Mission it'll be for the road course because I live my life more than 1/4 mile at a time.
